TutorsTeach - Founded in 1999, Eric Jordan has made TutorsTeach the innovative tutoring service it is today. TutorsTeach, formerly known as Hometeaching, is located in Brooklyn, New York. With tutors from all different walks of life TutorsTeach is providing education outside of the classroom and helping students and tutors connect easily. The company has eight years of experience successfully matching tutors with parents and plans to continue this positive trend.

The first time I heard about TutorsTeach was in 2005, my student-friend Natalya recommended the site for help with my fledgling tutoring business. I subsequently became a member of TutorsTeach enabling me to advertise my tutoring profile. I’ve tested the site for 3 months and during this time I received about 5 student inquiries.

The second time I heard from TutorsTeach as in June 2007. I received an email from Eric Jordan, he noted Tutorz has been crawling TutorsTeach and scraping it’s tutor profiles. Unlike some other tutor referral company owners and representitives, Eric was in a cooperative mood. He appreciated the links, referrals, site traffic and good-will generated by us featuring TutorsTeach tutors. Over time Eric and I extensively emailed and talked on the phone. He strikes me as an honest business man who freely shares his thoughts and experiences. Eric and I share the same motivation: connecting parents and students with the best tutor available. Moreover, we both care deeply for our clients. Common goals have recently resulted in a Tutorz and TutorsTeach business partnership.
